is currently seeking applicants for the following full time position:

Dispatcher/Supervisor

The position requires the candidate to work a flexible schedule.

The selected candidate must possess a valid Maine CDL with a P endorsement, have excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.  Candidates will be expected to pass safety sensitive position testing and a background check.

Knowledge of the METRO Service and/or the service area is desired but not required (training available for the right candidate).  Prior Transit, Supervisory and/or Customer Service experience preferred.  Cut off date for receiving resumes is March 31, 2011.

BUS OPERATOR (not open at this time)

Applicants must be available to work weekends, evenings, split shifts and minor holidays. Candidates must have a clean driving record, good work history and proven customer relations skills.
 
A Class B Drivers License with a Passenger Endorsement is required.
